Always a great place to shop and drop off Amazon Prime ........ Jonathan at Sephora is a gem...helps with shampoo selection and cares about his clientele ...so knowledgeable and professional!!

After doing an Amazon return, I stopped in the Sephora section of the Kohl’s on Mill Plain. I’d never been in the Sephora section before and didn’t really know what it was until i entered. Turns out it’s makeup and perfumes. I walked around and ended up in front of the Lancôme section. I’d heard that brand was popular with older women (I’m 64). I was looking at the liquid foundations when Siobhan walked up. I’ve been having a specific skin issue for quite a while. Siobhan asked if I wore a matte finish foundation and I said I did. That was the problem! She suggested a different brand of liquid foundation and color matched it. Oh my gosh, I’m so happy now! Because of her, I’m going to be a Sephora shopper from now on.

WARNING: Do not purchase Gift Cards from this store! They took no responsibility in me losing $400 on a gift card purchases from last Dec 2023. I have been talking to store & corporate every month. Stall after stall until today. When they finally said they were not going to do anything. I just am out of luck! PS: The easy fix would be for them to put gift cards behind the register or at least have Cashiers check to see if they have tampered with & they are not interested in doing either! But it was ok for them to let me charge $400 to my Kohl’s credit card and for a perpetrator to use up the entire amount before my granddaughters got their gift cards in California. This all happened in 2weeks time! Very very poor service & I will never set foot in another Kohl’s!!
