Kohls carries quality products If you watch for coupons, you can save quite a bit of money when you buy items that are already marked on sale

I was able to find what I wanted but the store was a mess, so it took some effort. The stock was low or out all over the store. Nobody was tending the dressing rooms. Nothing was organized at all. The clothes were just left in piles. The cashiers in the front of the store were the only employees I could find. I wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you have no other place to go.

Terrible service, I placed multiple orders on the same day online for pickup in store and they only had one order available. When I asked what happened to the other orders they had no clue, provided the order numbers and they said they couldn’t see them or tell me if they were cancelled. Manager had no idea what she was doing and just kept looking like a deer in headlights. As soon as I get home I see the other orders were cancelled AFTER I travelled 2 hours out of town. Big waste of time, never shopping here or at Kohl’s ever again. Don’t waste your money on this overpriced Target wannabe store.
