Easy to get in & out of parking. Able to locate merchandise in my size. Disappointed in lack of wide width women's dress shoes. Dressing rooms needed attention.

i went to return a shirt. i was told to go and find a new shirt but it had to be the same brand and price. This was impossible to do. so I went back to the counter and the lady said " I will just give you store credit" Why wasn't that done in the first place? would have saved me 20 minutes of my time. Time is valuable and I wasn't compensated for that.
