not good customer service at all. walked in with my family and not a single person talked to us. the place is a disaster. clothes not folded, things just thrown around. very cramped. all while a manager was just sitting up at the checkout counter gossiping. kind of sad. you’d think with little business you get at this kohls, you guys would have time to clean the place up? but no!!! i also had a interview to work here, ended up taking a different job. i called to tell someone i wanted to decline my offer, i was on hold for 40 min just to talk to a manger. still didn’t get in contact with anyone. LAME AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! will not be coming anywhere near the kalispell kohls again :)

What Kohls should be doing is responsibly addressing Melissa C’s review about the unacceptable co-ed dressing rooms. This is unacceptable and the same reason we won’t ever shop at target again. Females need their own Space-period. ( Melissa sorry your girl had to go through that. What a Creep! He should have been kicked out of there…)
