Amazon no longer uses just UPS Stores for returning items. This week I dropped off a package to return. It was very convenrient as Kohls is pretty close to us. I was sure to go when they were not busy and the drop off was fast and smooth. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and efficient. Also I got a coupon for 20% off in store.

Great store! Huge inventory. Store very clean and great prices. The staff was very attentive and professional.

Only problem was I had to return to the store to have security locks removed from 2 items. The lady was courteous and took care of the problem immediately without having to wait in line.
