Shelby Erin Slenkamp MS, RDN, CD, CMHIMP, is a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist. I have been working with her for a few months after finding her brochure in my naturopathic doctor's office. Shelby is extremely knowledgeable in many areas, patient, willing to research and refer me to healthy and tasty recipes and recommend supplements that fit my nutritional and medical needs (No Gluten, Dairy, Egg or Sugar). She is a super advocate for encouraging positive lifestyle and nutritional changes in a reasonable and measurable way that is not overwhelming. Shelby has helped me greatly with how to manage mental health and digestive issues and how/when to take supplements and implement that into my busy schedule working full time along with starting a food diary. I really appreciate that she offers both remote and in person meetings is willing to help me prepare for an upcoming surgery and future body detox from that surgery. I originally selected her for her personal experience with similar medical experiences as myself and I am so happy that I found her - I highly recommend Shelby!

Shelby is the BEST dietician! From the beginning, I felt an instant connection with her. She made having the awkward conversation about health and weight bearable. I've been told my entire life "you need to lose weight". She shared in my frustrations with that statement and together we are working reaching my goals of just feeling good and having the energy to do the things that I want to do. She's very open, kind, and funny. I highly recommend her to EVERYONE!
