Is there a 6-star option? Kolleen deserves it, delivering big results with white-glove service. She recently helped me sell the family home shortly after my Dad's passing. Kolleen is knowledgeable, efficient, patient, organized and listens to your needs. She responds quickly to questions and is always available to help you view a home at a moment's notice. It took us 1-1/2 years to find our forever home because our needs were so hard to fit to the inventory of homes available. She was so kind and patient and didn't lose her cool, even when we decided at the last moment to back out of a home purchase. Once we decided to buy this home, she went into ninja drive to book the multitude of inspections to make sure the home was sound. It all happened within a week and we were able to move forward to buy this beautiful place. We would readily call her again if we decide to sell or buy another home.
