Using my husbands phone , but as a small business owner I know how important reviews can be and how often people actually leave them. So I am going to be leaving a review on my experience with ordering my groupon and the customer service and separate from second review when I receive my order.
Regarding Customer service : It was a peice of cake. I spoke to Eric which helped me with the whole order and in fact made it so easy to order everything via email that the only time I need to go there is to pickup the T-shirts.
Being a busy parent on top of other things it really helped to use the groupon via email and that makes it so worth ordering again. I can’t wait to get the shirts and they were ready pretty fast too! They are waiting for me to get them tomorrow;)
