So far I've never had any trouble picking up my mom's medication for her there. Every time I've gone I didn't have to wait long.

They made me pay in advance for my prescription before they would even order it because apparently a lot of people leave them hanging. I had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Then they said they wouldn't even make it til I physically got there and I would have to wait 30 minutes. 90 minutes later it still was not done and I missed another important appointment. They managed to make only half of my prescription correctly, still charged me full price, and now I have to go back in a few days to get the rest. After my experience, I cannot recommend this pharmacy. UPDATE: The manager called to apologize, they had the rest of my prescription ready for pickup the next day, and refunded half of my cost. Upgrading from 1 to 3 stars.

Be prepared! Know what your insurance will cover AND what pharmacy accepts that insurance! It is difficult enough to get your prescriptions called into a Rx and keeping them current, w/out having "rude" people holding them up w/red tape! What exactly does it mean when you are told that your item is a "covered" Rx, but "we don't cover it?" "But...you can pay for it"! Have a pen and lots of paper ready when you call your MD, Specialists & Insurance to find out.
