Excellent customer service. I had a problem with one of my lamps that was addressed immediately and a replacement part was sent to me. Ashley was the Koncept representative and she was knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely recommend Koncept.

I bought a stylish Koncept floor lamp 8 years ago. It stopped working and my heart sank because the LED light at the end looked irreplaceable. Nevertheless I contacted Koncept. They are in the USA and I live in the UK. 24 hours later and an email arrived with some very simple instructions on how to 'reset' the lamp. Twenty seconds later and the lamp was working. No need for a new LED or a new transformer. Zero £££. Super chuffed by their fast customer support

I purchased a beautifully designed desk lamp from Koncept about 10 years ago. Since then I had only one minor problem which they diagnosed and told me how to fix. However, a few weeks ago the lamp started to flash like a strobe and the prior fix did not resolve the problem. After exchanging a few emails Ashley, the Customer Service Representative, diagnosed the problem and sent me - AT NO COST - a new replacement power supply. It arrived today and fixed the problem. Koncept stands behind their products in a way I think very few companies do these days. Can't ask for more!
