If I could give 0 stars I would. I put in a service call Monday morning to have our office copier looked at. Got an email with a confirmation for the next morning to have it repaired. No one showed up. Called the 1-800 number and they verified all my information and told me they would ping the tech. Still nothing. I called Wednesday mid day and again all of my information was verified and they said they would ping the tech and also reach out to the service manager. They told me if I didn't hear anything by late afternoon to call back. I called back at 4:20 and the same exact thing happened as the 2 other times I called. Thursday afternoon I called and asked to speak to a service manager. She transferred me to the local office and the phone rang and rang and no one answered. Finally a voicemail option was given. I left a voicemail requesting that the service manager call me back today. He did call back a couple of hours later and assured me he would be out the next morning between 9 and 9:30. At 10:30 still no show. I called our rep and he emailed the service manager and cc'd me. 30 minutes later a tech walks in like it's no big deal that I have been waiting for my copier to be serviced since Monday. No apology or anything. It was the drum that needed to be replaced and it took him all of 5 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. We have one copier in this office so my real estate brokers have been unable to print quality print jobs all week. They can't have a black line running across the bottom of their presentations that they have to present to clients. If you are thinking about getting a Konica Minolta copier for your business or office, don't!
