Very nice, professional staff. I was in and out in less than 45min. I was scheduled for an annual examination as well as purchasing a new pair of frame and lenses. They said I should expect my glasses to be ready in a week and a half or less, they arrived the next day!!! I am very pleased with my experience with Kootenai Vision in CDA and I will be back.
