All these other commenters should understand that the shoes sold here are sold at a higher price because of the convenience. You don’t have to purchase online and wait for your shoes to be shipped. (If you don’t want to be taxed, don’t buy here)
Customer service was great!
My dad loves his foam runners, and I’ll be back to buy myself some boosts.

I recently visited this shop to purchase a pair of Arabian camel skin loafers. Not only was the selection very limited but the owner refused me service stating "We don't sell shoes to people with Herpes!". This kind of behavior is unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Yes, I have herpes but that's not her business to tell the whole store about my poor life decisions. Will NEVER be shopping here again.

Horrible horrible place to shop at. They raise their prices on all their shoes by $10-$15 the normal price compared to anywhere elsewhere. I was gifted a pair of Vanz for Christmas, came to return them for the right size. They didn't have my size in stock so I got store credit for them which came out to $65. Went back a month later, they had my right size, and when I went to check out I had to pay $15 more. All the girl could tell me was that "prices everywhere were rising" so I went and checked other shoe stores prices and that was inaccurate. Their own online website was not even over pricing the shoe so she didn't make sense. Just in store was it overpriced. I had horrible customer service from the young inexperienced girl who was the "manager". She had the most negative attitude. May she learn from this experience and do better because that is not how a manager acts. Don't like your job, find another one but don't take it out on customers who aren't creating problems.
