I purchased parts at Korum Ford on 3 separate visits in recent months. Usually they have what I need in stock but when they don’t, they immediately tell me what Ford locations do have the part and how soon they can get it in. Other locations don’t do this. The customer service I have received each time has been outstanding. Today I was helped by the guy with the long beard. I should have asked his name. On his own, he double checked all the part numbers to be sure I left with exactly what I needed. I feel like these guys are sincere in wanting my customer experience to be a good one. Thank you. I will continue getting my parts at Korum Ford.
