If you're looking to have something ordered, I would suggest looking elsewhere. My experience started off fairly well at the end of May, placing an order for two pistols, my wife and I were told it would be about two weeks for them to come in. After three weeks, I stopped by to ask about them, and was told nothing had come in yet, and they were expecting the following week. I stop by the next week, and spoke to Ignacio, he informs me that they had some issues with their vendor, and not getting orders, I'm told the issue will be resolved within the week. Placed a call to check on the status of the order, and nobody at the shop was able to give me an answer on anything. I stop by the next day to inquire in person, get told the shipment is expected in the next couple days, and to check back. I stop by on a Friday, spoke with Ignacio again, no word on the order, other than issues with his partner, and their ordering process, but he does tell me that other orders, placed after mine, have already come and gone. At that point I ask for a refund, but due to being a cash purchase, wasn't able to be completed at that time. Several offers of taking other pistols in place of what were ordered were made. I declined and gave one last chance to get what I had ordered. I check back on Tuesday, I get shown that another order was made after speaking with Ignacio, I ask to get a call the next day with an update on when they are going to be there. I receive a call, but they aren't able to find the order while I'm on the phone, and am told they will call back. I end up having to call, and tell them I just want my refund, and when I can come to get it. I returned on that Friday, spoke with Ignacio again, and was finally given my refund. This process lasted from March 23 until May 31.
In the end, there is a serious disconnect when it comes to communication, and transparency when it comes to orders. I felt like I was extremely patient, and trusting with wanting to give my business to a new store.
