I’ve been a member here for years and have spent lots of money here. I mainly come here for the korean skin products and it has done wonders on my skin. However, recently I tried doing an exchange on an $18 product and i was denied since the box was unsealed. I was first told it was ok to exchange it since i didn’t open the serum bottle but then another lady came and they changed their minds and said if they help exchange it for the serum I actually wanted they would lose money and gain nothing out of it. I get its a business but as a loyal customer that has been a member for years and has spent hundreds of dollars there I thought they would help me out this one time I wanted to do an exchange. Since I’ve been a member for a long time and with my receipt they were able to pull up all my purchase history and see that this was the first time I’ve ever needed an exhange/refund. I just wish they had a sign that mentioned unsealed product cannot be returned, the sign they have only mentions that product can be returned before 14days as long as its not nail, & makeup product.
