Utterly diabolical customer service. Over 9 months lead time on Uber expensive furniture. Still haven’t received an order in September for an order placed in December of the prior year. They tell you it has shipped from NC but 7 weeks later nothing. Could have walked to LA faster. Staff seem completely unable to respond to even the most basic questions on availability. Buyer beware
