In her business, staff and the doctors come first, not the patients. I go for a simple procedure --about a 10 minute thing. Yet, I always have issues of waiting for over 30 minutes to get her to see me. I tell her of this issue and all she replies is that she cannot guarantee that this will stop in the future. I, the patient am rude because I mention my frustration of waiting and being passed on by other patients who arrive after I do. She questions my appointment, that they do not do appointments at that time, yet there were 2 appointments that I made that were not in their system, even though they informed me that they just had a turnover on their system --whatever that means. Perhaps staff was let go and new staff came in hence the confusion with my appointments. Appointments are a contract between patient and doctor. Sure, sometimes we are running late, but we try to be considerate and notify each other. Not here. Consideration should be done by the patient only. Professionalism goes out with the dirty water here.

Dr.Kristen Albright is a fantastic podiatrist . She is warm , friendly , professional and kind. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and I am happy with my results every time. She explains things throughly in a way I can understand . I would highly recommend her for anything in regards to your feet.
