Kristen is an excellent realtor who knows the market and understands the complexity of the current fast sales cycle. Her diligence and knowledge helped reduce the stress of a fast sale, and closing, so that I could stay on top of deadlines, from getting the house ready for photos for marketing to the open houses and showings and then to closing. She cared about me and helped me work on the tasks at hand so that we were able to sell our house at an excellent price with a smooth sale and closing. I would highly recommend.
