After talking to 3 Architects in my area to design a granny flat (ADU) for me I choose Kristin Von Zweck. Kristin was the only one who listened to my desire to have plenty of light and air designed into the project. the project turned out beautifully, I could not be more pleased. My tenant loves her place!

Kristin von Zweck is a fabulous architect! She was referred to us by a family friend who is a structural engineer. Kristin is very personable and receptive. She understood our needs and was able to design a second story addition and house remodel that has worked out wonderfully. Kristin gave great attention to practical details throughout our home like a well placed second sink in the kitchen and ensured adequate lighting with task lighting in bedrooms, closets, and large windows to allow natural light. She also encouraged us to include a great room with a large bifold door that opens to a covered outdoor living space . This seemed like a splurge at the time but has been the most heavily used area in our home and well worth the money spent. Kristin's background in interior design and her professional experience resulted in a completed project that is inventive, functional and beautiful. I recommend Kristin von Zweck highly!
