I bought my mobile home with Kristine Williams as my realtor. She also helped my cousin find the mobile home he purchased, then later had her sell it for him when he went into long-term care. She is extremely helpful with questions and needs. She even went to my cousin's long-term care facility to help him with the sale process. I have texted her many times in the process of buying my home and selling my cousin's (I helped him take care of various business needs), and she always responds. I strongly recommend her when you are looking for a realtor. She goes to extra efforts with anything needed.

If I could I’d put 10 but 5 for now! Kristine was awesome and very helpful with buying my first home as It was a very long process, she explained everything I did not know which was good and knew exactly what kind of home we were looking for. I appreciate her patience and was very flexible with everything, and open minded which helped with the long process. Probably the best person to go to if you need assistance with anything.
