Kung Fu - was such a big change my morkie goes every 4 weeks. They did an awesome job on her but I think more importantly these are really nice people. Yes they do amazing work and I have no reservations about the services they provide - everything is spot on. But for the big cherry on top - The staff is very accommodating and seem to take a real interest in the dogs - that is the biggest thing for me, the people I trust to care for my dog, really do care. ❤️
March 2024 - This really bums me out because I did this review a couple of years ago and right after I got another dog so I was bringing two dogs in every four to six weeks on a set schedule. I don’t know what changed - if they just became too busy, but the customer service and making you feel like you mattered, went downhill drastically. I was spending some money there - two dogs full grooming on a regular basis, and they really started acting like we were more of a nuisance When we would drop the dogs off or pick them up and nothing has changed. The quality of the work they did on the dogs did not change, but the way we were treated did. So we have now found another groomer who treats us like we are more than a just credit card and a 25% tip.
