I was dropped as a patient because of a simple request.

I got a consultation and was told I was a good candidate for braces. We discussed my treatment plan in the office and I was asked to give a deposit. I gladly did and they set up the appointment for the next month.

Later I called the office to have them give me my treatment plan in writing so I can keep it with the other policies they gave me. They said they would look into it. After a few days they called me back and said they don't do that kind of thing and said we should "part ways".

It was extremely unprofessional to drop me immediately without offering any kind of alternative, or even asking if I wanted to proceed without having what I had asked for. Instead, they gave me the names of a few other orthodontics here in the valley, told me to throw away the paper work they gave me and refunded my deposit.

I believe this company merits a one star review for the lack of professionalism I received.
