Forgot that today was Sunday and that my local shop closed early tonight so had to make the 45 min trek up to Pullman from LCV and although the drive wasn’t desirable, Lexi at Kush21 made it absolutely worth the drive. She has the best personality and is so enthusiastic to talk about her inventory! You can tell she truly loves her job and was very knowledgeable with the store. Lexi was able to provide me with great options for me based on my preferred terpene profile I requested (which doesn’t happen often). The cashier (didn’t catch a name) and Lexi both provided exceptional customer service and made it an easy and were very welcoming. Thanks for all of the help, Lexi!! - Billy’s Wife (Natalie)

I truly can not say enough good things about this shop. It is small, but they have such a good lineup, at all price levels. I am in here multiple times a week, and I have gotten to know much of the staff by name. My last visit I happened to get Jimmy, and he is just the best. He always has new suggestions for me to try out, and somehow remembers my preferences, even though I am sure he sees 100's of customers a day. Solid service for sure. I love the wish list they have put in. I asked for ATF one week, and the next time I was in, I found it in dabs, and pre-rolls. Made my day!!!

Hands down my favorite shop in the area. Everyone is knowledgeable and can always help me figure out what I’m looking for. Some days they are extremely busy and I have to wait a bit, but I still get all the help and get to chat with them like I would when they’re a bit slower. I always recommend this place to my friends because I know they’ll have a wonderful experience. Definitely will continue supporting them and their staff.
