While working on a project, one of our technicians got a boom lift stuck in some soft and muddy grass. After a couple of hours of digging and attempting to pull it out on our own, we only managed to sink the lift further down. It was time to call in the professionals.
After losing patience waiting on hold with other towing companies, Kustom Towing answered right away and we were able to send them pictures of the mess we had made. They quickly assessed the pictures, gave me an estimate, and after I got the approval they were on site in about 30 minutes.
The towing operator quickly came up with a way to safely extract the boom lift, and had it out in less than 15 minutes. There was no damage to the lift and my technicians were able to safely get back to work. The towing operator’s calm demeanor and safety consciousness put everyone at ease.
Nobody was injured and while we lost a lot of time, we also learned some valuable lessons. Thank you Kustom Towing for literally and figuratively pulling us out of a hole!
