I bought an S2000 top from Kwiktops through their website. I didn’t receive an order confirmation, but there was receipt of payment via Paypal so I decied to call them. The number on their website is not up to date and wasn’t going through so I got worried. I was about to initiate a dispute on PayPal, and another phone number popped up on the dispute webpage, so I gave that a try. It worked and I got through; I spoke with Virginia. She explained that the site is currently under construction/remodeling so she wasn’t sure how I was able to order a top. Nevertheless, she reached out to Robbins in order to set everything up and even honored the price that I paid. I ordered it on Monday 4/24 and it just shipped out as we speak. Thanks again Virginia! :-)
