Lino and the staff are fantastic to work with. They promptly return emails or phone calls, take care of questions or concerns in a professional, friendly manner. They display excellent customer service (they go above and beyond) something that every wants but few companies offer now a day.

Switched from the General to Allstate, and so far I love it. I haven't had any issues at all. When I first signed up the guy was super helpful, and made sure to answer all my questions. Glad I made the switch, and they have pretty cool incentives as well. You can earn points to enter auctions and bid on stuff. Love Allstate

Very fast and high quality service. I had a claim within my first two months of the policy, other driver was completely at fault and my agent agreed! No impact to my rate and despite the unfortunate nature of the incident Allstate had me feeling good throughout.
