The Party Works team was very kind and supports our veterans. We are a veteran focused nonprofit and were in dire need of some supplies that we could not find anywhere in time for our event. Eric and his team are fantastic. They helped me pick exactly what I needed. They made my wedding reception fun and memorable for all of my guests. His team was very skilled at the set up and breakdown of all of the rentals. They performed like clockwork which helped make an, at times, stressful event run smoothly. Thank you Eric.

Called to rent a dunk tank and spoke to someone who took all my info down then transferred me to someone else who had me repeat everything before even giving a price then said they dont rent single service items. Which was fine no big deal until ERIC rudely told me if I want another dunk tank that was worse quality then go take my business elsewhere. It was totally unprofessional. Said if i wanted a single item it would be 2 grand? what in the world. Completely not worth it. had high hopes as i was recommended this place from another party company who didnt have dunk tanks. completely rude. 0/10 dont schedule anything through them. They clearly are sitting on a high horse.
