My wife received orthotics that were so poorly made we both were shocked. I had been a custom boot fitter and my finished products looked more professional than the hundreds of dollars orthotics. They were unusable. We took them to another doctor and he was shocked we were charged for the subpar product. Live and learn. Not a bad doctor as far as we could tell, just produced a terrible product, which may be an indication of his quality of care. He had also strongly recommend surgery. 4 years later she is healthy and stronger with no surgery
