Worst experience ever! They were assigned through my warranty company. They scheduled the appointment then the day of the appointment after waiting for three hours sent a text message saying they canceled it and would reschedule it for three days later. Again, they scheduled the appointment between eight and noon.... Day of appointment no show no call. At 2 o’clock the repair man finally shows up and says that the reason he was two hours late was because he was out with his daughter and forgot. By this time, I already paid another company to come and fix my dryer do not recommend worse company ever!

Beware of this company! I was assigned this company through my home warranty. They claimed the request for service was cancelled (which it wasn’t) and when they made my appointment for service, they failed to show up between 8 and noon as promised. I called them at noon and only at 2:30 did I receive a return call saying no one was showing up. I now have to wait 8 days for the next appointment, not knowing if they will show up. I have not had a working fridge for 3 weeks. Please save yourself this frustration and use another company.

This business was assigned to us via our home warranty. We had a fridge leak and scheduled a visit out. They gave us a 5 hour window of when they were going to arrive, which already was interesting but fine. Luckily the gentleman got there in the early window. This gentleman was extremely rude. We showed him where the fridge was and not even 3 minutes later he's done telling us he can't do anything because we failed to unplug the fridge prior to his visit. Never were we called and told to unplug, he said we were called. Yes, we were called to confirm but no other information was given. Our Home warranty sent someone out to confirm what we already knew. Had this man been at least respectful, I would have understood but I cannot get over how he was speaking t us. Talking to us as if we wasted his time, when we felt our time and money was wasted. I will not be having them come back out.
