A girlfriend and I stopped here on our drive home from Vegas a few months back, and I’ve been thinking about the shrimp quesadilla ever since! Fast forward to today… my fiancé and I are driving home from Vegas and guess where I made SURE we stopped (Service is beyond wonderful, as well!) Not to be dramatic, but I’m looking forward to more Vegas road trips purely for these shrimp quesadillas!
(Note: This place is unassuming, but you won’t be disappointed!)
After a long day working then waiting in line at the dump is all worth it because as I leave the dump I stop by LA Baja Gourmet for lunch and I am ALWAYS greeted with GREAT customer service, and very good food that is always guaranteed to fill me up.
The salsa they make for their chips and salsa is SOOO FLAVOR FULL and I can't get enough of it
