I called to ask about a hair style/color change and was just not please 🥺 she seemed completely uninterested in serving me. (I like to think I’m pretty sweet when I call for self service) I ended the call unhappy after she barely answered my question and said “I don’t really have a lot of availability anyway” mind you I started the phone call asking “are you accepting new clients at this time?” Wish I had a better experience

Came for a single process/grey touch up and trim. Nicole Merry did an amazing job and did not over cut my curly hair-which I really appreciated. There is plenty of 2hr street parking. The salon is very clean and comfortable.

5 stars & more for Connie, I have thin hair & Connie foils it just right. It has never dryed out or looked un natural. The colour blends in well with my skin tone & I get many compliments. She listens to you when you talk about styling and have never been disappointed with my hair style.
