I never write reviews but I saw some of the previous reviews and felt like I should chime in. This is a great vintage store, I don't think I've ever left without purchasing. Some other reviewers claimed that the items were over priced and I totally disagree. If you're shopping the racks, the items are very fairly priced and the employees inside are very helpful. If you have more time and energy, the pile sale is a wonderful way to get some good/cheap finds. I've found Pendletons, vintage Wranglers, and more in the pile sale for $10 or less.

I’ve been in here four times because I live in the area and each time the older lady that runs the place has been insufferable. The moment you grab a piece of clothing she asks you to check in or that she will keep your items at the front. And not in a helpful way, in a frantic and pushy way. I understand there may be thieves, I have worked retail. But she seems to assume you’re guilty until proven innocent. She has made several passive aggressive remarks and rolled her eyes when I asked my friend if he was ready to leave when she asked if we were ready to check out. Additionally, my friend and I are both Latino and I didn’t see her treat her other customers with this sentiment… just saying. Get your attitude checked lady because you’re being a weirdo.

Cool store but there are a lot of over priced items. The owner (I’m assuming) was watching me like a hawk and almost made me feel like I was doing something wrong. She then makes passive comments to some guy she was talking to about having to watch people because a lot of people steal from her store. She makes comments about not trusting people in Long Beach??? She then makes another comment complaining about people going in the store and not buying anything and just taking pictures! Hello! The main demographic of the people who shop here are college students/young adults of course want to go to check out the store and may not be able to afford these over priced items?? I bought a cute but over priced top and honestly regretted supporting someone like her.
