The fried chicken is so good, breakfast is good, the burritos are good. I haven't tried anything else yet, but I haven't had a bad meal there yet. The service is good too, the main waitress has a lot of experience, she's very friendly, and has a pleasant demeanor.
It was my first time there. The people I was with were more familiar with the place, said the place had sadly recently lost a valued employee. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the service, slow service, not accurate, we had to remind the server about our fries and toast after our meals arrived. I guess he had forgotten. One can of soda each was served to 3 of us who asked for one. Normally restaurants give refills of sodas. I had the impression the young server wasn't very experienced. I would normally go to morning thunder, but we thought they would be too busy at that late morning hour. I hope the La Cabana restaurant improves so that they can get more business. It looked like just locals were there while we were there. We had a bill of $76 for 4 of us, plus a 10% tip.
