Josh, the LA Fitness manager, is a valuable asset to the club. His ability to connect with members on a personal level and anticipate their fitness goals creates a positive and supportive environment. Gym is super clean too.

At first they told me that I would only be charged $94 for 2 months. 2 weeks later they charged me $59 and then $35. I asked them why they charged me that amount, they told me that it was explained on a sheet they gave me and in an email they sent me. They did not give me the sheet they say, and they did not tell me that these charges would be explained in the email. The poor explanation subtracts a star. I also believe that the pool water has not been changed in the recommended time. After being in the pool for a while, your hair gets stiff, and your vision becomes blurry if you don't use goggles, most likely due to the accumulation of chlorine and other chemicals over the years. That subtracts another star. I will not rate the rest of the facility since I only used the pool.

Amazing facility! I’ve been to a couple different gyms in the valley over the past few years, but the ambience of this location along with the positive energy amongst the staff focused on my fitness goals. From the moment I came in to the gym I was met with a, smiling face, and warm welcome. Kayla made the transition extremely comfortable and made me feel right at home. I never felt pressured into signing up or judge for my hesitation. 5 star service
