Good location. Kinda of an odd spot & the turn to get into the parking isn't marked by any clear signs. So youre definitely going to miss it your first time coming.

Also, the gym has horrible cell service, at least for myself (T-mobile), so hopefully, you have a Playlist saved or the wifi is working properly.

All in all its a good spot & it's less crowded than the Agoura Hills location, no doubt.

10/10 on the rizzler scale

While the facility is very nice, I was disappointed as last Sunday not even a single shower had body wash. We are paying for a service, but this management is neglecting to ensure that the showers have the required personal care items. Hopefully, the management can correct this neglect.

I tried to do a guest pass here with 2 other people. We came in 2 times to sign up for the pass and spoke to people at the desk who insisted they either didn’t know or couldn’t help us. Finally on the third time going in we were able to sign up for our guest passes and (gave ourselves) a tour of the building & planned to come workout the following day. The next day we received a voicemail telling us our passes were not set up correctly and we needed to come in to correct it. Upon sitting at a desk with the (manager?) named daisy she informed us that guests under the age of 18 need to have a parent signature even though we had explicitly asked the day before if this was needed & being told any adult could sign for me. We were forced to leave the gym and find somewhere else to workout. STILL determined to try out the gym I returned with my mom the next day to finalize my pass. We were sat waiting for 20 minutes while Daisy was on a phone call and couldn’t help us. The front desk still insisted they didn’t know how to provide the waiver. After 20 minutes of waiting we ran out of time we could spend waiting around and left. How many chances must your customers TRY to give you business before you work with them? For us it was 5 times before we felt forced to give up for lack of care from the staff here. This seems like a nice facility with very poorly trained customer service staff.
