I been going to LA Fitness for 2 years now, and this experience never happened before but apparently, I was told that I cannot record at a PUBLIC gym from the GM, which is crazy. I was only trying to see if I had the correct form. And also, some people are just very aggressive here, the GM's tone was very rude, and a random dude wanted to fight me over a gym seat. After trying my best to deescalate the situation, and I even reported to the staff, I hope they did something about it. Overall, their service is really bad, and I am never returning to this gym ever again! DO NOT RECOMMEND going to LA Fitness. I would give this place a ZERO stars if I could 👎👎

I had a disappointing experience at this LA fitness. The manager Manpal is very rude and smelled like straight up weed when I was talking to him. He was very demeaning and unprofessional. Also, the cleanliness of the facility was subpar, with dirty floors and unkempt locker rooms. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, providing little assistance or guidance. Overall, my time at LA Fitness left much to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend it to others seeking a quality gym experience. 24 Hour fitness has far better equipment. This gym doesn’t even have a sauna, hot tub, or basketball court for crying out loud!

It’s OK. It smells like sewer every time you walk into the entrance, it’s not even just a one time thing it’s every time you walk in the entrance area is just a nasty smell. So maybe they don’t clean as often? Idk.
For the cardio areas it’s nice they have a lot of different varieties but there’s always dirty sheets of sanitizing wipes in the cup holders in the cardio machines.
The equipment is good & I appreciate that they put up signs so you can not phone surf or have tri pods to record yourself.
But will possibly consider going to fitness quest in the future as it’s closer to my home.
