New personnel is just clueless. Tried to order a “biónico” and wanted to sell it to me in a cup 😵 I even pointed out to the girl helping me at the plastic containers displayed on the wall- she seemed really clueless. Asked another co-worker, same thing-CLUELESS! Hope they get trained properly. Very disappointed. 👎🏻

Those of you complaining about expired food: it is. Those of you complaining about clueless employees: it is a revolving door. If you notice something clearly in violation of code, report it because no one else will and no one ever has; that's why they get away with this, because reviews are powerless and don't hold up in court.

Warning paleta ice creams have gone bad i really ignored the reviews thinking the ice cream was fine but the first one I had got was vanilla cream with strawberrys in it and also strawberry ice cream on the bottom but all together tasted bitter and the strawberry was sour tasted odd dissolving in your mouth. The other paleta ice cream was a tiramisu one the syrup or whatever they put in it was hard around the edges and had a fridge flavor to it as well as the cream was off putting maybe because of the bread they use not sure but they both actually tasted like they have been in the freezer for a while. So don't go for paletas ice creams the ice cream on a stick.
