I don’t understand why my mangonada didn’t come with mango on top and now they don’t come with the chaka chaka candies either? So I basically paid $9 for two scoops of icecream in a cup with chamoy and tajin yeah no thanks

Me and family felt rushed when we were ordering, considering we were the only clients in the establishment it was the worst customer service I have experienced the workers were extremely rude! When ordering a banana split the associate who worked at this location didn’t even bother to ask me what topping I wanted and put chocolate in my ice cream which I am allergic. Then the worker places his hands in the ice cream to scoop the chocolate out of the banana split. Which I was not willing to pay for. Then hands me the ice cream without banana which I ordered a “banana split”. I made sure to let the girl associate know that the guy working looks upset and doesn’t know how to talk to people. The ice cream tasted old. I will never spend my money or recommend my family and friends to this location.

Always good not just the ice cream but snacks in general the waters are super- refreshing and if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth definitely make sure to stop here!
