Decent massage service but i would expect much better. Went in for the couples massage then after we were separated to a womens and mens lounge! They did not have a couples lounge and the tub in the couples massage room was not working. All that aside the lady in the reception was extremely nice and offered me to try the la prairie products then sprayed a "face mist" directly on my eyes which I'm sure was not a face mist cause my eyes burt so bad and it smelled of alcohol perfume. I know she did not mean it but the staff should be aware of the products before using them on costumers especially in a decent place like this.
I received the most amazing deep tissue massage from Kathy! She went straight for my problem areas and had such creative techniques.
Unfortunately, I am taking away two stars because Angela (one of the estheticians) made me feel so uncomfortable for refusing to go forward with my facial. I’m sensitive to fragrances and thought there would’ve been a fragrance-free option but there wasn’t. She was highly offended that I didn’t want to use the product. Super rude and uncalled for!
