Costumer service was the worst. Truly disappointing. Save your money and get it for half the price at Downtown LA, we found the exact same one for half the price there. Appointments were missed on their behalf leading to more money being unnecessarily spent. Don’t settle for this place.

Found the dress for my daughters Debut! Great selections! Great customer service! It was definitely hard to make a decision, because all the dresses were so beautiful! I'm just happy that my daughter found the perfect dress!

I'm only giving this place two stars for the people that were helpful. I don't know who is in charge, originally our event was for a certain date and unfortunately we had to change our date back. Even then they didn't have the dress ready nor for the original date or for the new date, they were notified.Our dress had to be custom made, they took my daughter's measurements twice. They had it ready 2 days before the event, they didn't add the straps or sleeves that we had asked for and it was too long.My daughter had to keep pulling the dress up, she was very exposed on her chest and kept stepping the front of the dress.Mid party I had to cut the ribbon on the back of the dress and make her some straps. Which is ridiculous because these dresses aren't cheap! I was really looking forward for a pleasant outcome but unfortunately that was not the case. My daughter was crying on her party due to these issues that could have been avoided.
