Food splattered all over room, was told that there were no house keeping staff on a Friday night and we could deal with the food splattered on the bed and ceiling or we could move to a smaller room at the same cost we paid for the larger room. Hotel room was very poorly cleaned, huge rust stain on the pullout bed mattress. Pre checked out on the website for noon, which is advertised on their website, front desk staff called our room and threatened to charge another night's stay if we didn't vacate the room immediately. After I showed the lady the check out time on my phone saying NOON, she just said "OHHH", no apology at all. Awful service, worst stay!! Oh and they don't tell you before you check in that they don't clean your room during your stay and refuse at your request to have them do so. If you want fresh sheets or any towels you have to take your used stuff to the desk before they will give you new stuff. What's the point in even going there for a vacation then!! Worst stay ever! Will not go back.

Very friendly. comfortable rooms, clean updated hotel. Good breakfast with modern eating area. Not dilapidated at all. I Would stay again.

We had a pleasant stay, the gal at the front desk was nice. Thank you for the nice service! The pool is small, and there was a light sticking out in the water. They might want to fix that before someone gets hurt. The jets on the hot tub weren't working sadly. Other then that it was nice. There was a nice selection for the continental breakfast.
