HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My boyfriend and stopped here for a quick layover. We arrived late at 12pm road worn and weary. The woman at the front desk was rude and short with us. She double charged my card and took her sweet time to get us into a room. Check in took 30-45 minutes. I asked my boyfriend to grab me some cookies that were advertised to be $4. The woman working the front desk charged him $7 and when he said something about the price difference she was again very rude to him. This was by far the worst front desk/hotel check in experience either of us have ever experienced. Not only were the rooms much more expensive than advertised online, the room we stayed in was disgusting. There was grime all over the bathroom and what looked likes feces on the moulding. The shower was clearly not scrubbed clean. The screws and holes on the handles and shower head were not visible from the muck and grime in the shower. There was pubic hair on the wall by the toilet. The room had a horrifying smell. After seeing the condition of the room I couldn’t sleep. The hotel advertised a continental breakfast but there was nothing in sight. They had some nasty coffee out and the cups, and creamer were in an awkward spot in front of the reception desks??? This is an awful place to say and I wholly regret spending any money here. I am writing this review after being on hold for 20 minutes trying to get the double payment retrieved. They hung up on me with no help.
This is an unsafe location with signs posted everywhere to not leave your valuables in your vehicles.
