Was here 13 days. Had to ask for room service. Had a suite with kitchenette .... no supplies when ask, was given minimal.... very minimal items. Heaters leaked, booked months in advance and still got last room, end of the hall on the top floor facing highway... so much for handicap... (husband on oxygen) so muchbfor booking early !! They were nice when asked for supplies like towels and a maid more than once a week but YOU HAD TO ASK!!
Room: clean, just as described. Only negative is mattress a little harder than expected. Breakfast: great. Clean and food well stocked. Appreciated the almond milk! Staff: friendly, helpful and informative.
