My daughter who is very sweet and never confrontational, sat in the salon chair for MORE then 7 hours for a simple cut and color. Her stylist took frequent 'breaks' while she serviced other customers. Being paid by the hour, it is little wonder that she took her time. By the end of the ordeal my daughter just wanted OUT OF THE CHAIR so she did not argue with her stylist about the quality of the job nor $350 dollars that she was charged. The next day when I approached the manager about this deplorable business practice, I was informed that the salon would do nothing about it because my daughter did not state at the time that she was dissatisfied... After 7 1/2 hours, who on earth would have volunteered to sit there any longer???
