I did the 6 week program with Lab Athletics. The trainers are very personable, and help to keep you motivated and on track! The environment is friendly and welcoming. I met my goal and made some friends along the way. Their easy meal plans combined with well planned strength and conditioning classes are a sure-fire way to lose weight and feel great about yourself!

I highly recommended Lab Athletics. When I first signed up for the 6 week challenge I was nervous because I hadn’t worked out for 4 years due to lack of motivation and energy but I am so glad I did. Not only because Jake and his team were so kind, encouraging and push you to do your best but because I was able to surpass my personal goals thanks to their support.

I just finished my 6 week challenge with Lab Athletics, and I could not be happier with the results. I'm a skinny guy so I set out to gain weight and/or lose body fat. Thanks to the help of their awesome coaches I was able to meet both goals and then some! Their trainers and coaches are knowledgeable, passionate and very helpful with new exercises. The workouts are challenging yet rewarding. If you are looking for a program that will keep you engaged, accountable, and steadily improving, then this is your place.
