I was trying to schedule a screening for work and when I called ahead the instructions said I could just walk in. I drove for 30 minutes to get there and be told that they don't do the type of screen I needed at that time and to come back. I told the person working there that I would be back in the morning and made an appointment for 8:30 AM the next day.
I return, and THEN was told that she didn't have supplies for the test. She did not inform me of that the night before. She told me I could have called ahead to confirm availability, but the number provided to call does not connect to a live person to answer the phone. I have now wasted 2 hours of my time and gas to not get an urgent screening done. If she had told me the night before that she didn't have supplies, I would have found another location. Do not waste your time coming here.
They do not honor appointment times. I arrived at 2:45 as directed for a 3pm appointment. There was a guy who arrived a few minutes before me but with no appointment, and he said he just started waiting and hadn't talked to anyone yet. At 3:05, a lady came out and asked the next person in line to go in. I mentioned I had a 3pm appointment and she said she'd be with me soon and took the guy in. The person behind me said she had a 2:45 appointment. At 3:15 the lady came out again and got the 2:45 appointment lady. I mentioned I was in line first and the person before me didn't have an appointment. I don't think she understood so I'm still waiting. I have to be back at work for a 4pm meeting so really hope this doesn't take as long!
Edit: Adding a stars because she was nice, I did end up being able to leave at 3:30. The place just needs better organization / systems. I had signed in on the lapcorp web site and was supposed to receive a text when they were ready for me but they aren't using that.
