This was one of the fastest and simple labs I've gone through. Staff were friendly and efficient. There seemed to be a new hire working and I saw their fellow staff treat them with respect and kindness.

When I finished checking in on the labcorp kiosk at 780 swift Brandy was not only struggling to find your test order but was rude and generally argumentative. After some time inquiring about previous tests (I had to explain the tests she was going to engage were done previously) I simply told her the type of test ordered and the provider ordering it. Then and only then could Brandy find the correct test. One the correct creatinine blood test was located Brandy asked if I was having a procedure. When I replied no not at this time she curtly informed me that I did not need a creatinine blood test. Her dismissive attitude did not make me feel like a valued patient and I further had to insist that the blood test you ordered be performed. I thought you should know in case your patients do not have the tests done you order. Simply put Brandy should not be entrusted with making potentially life threatening decisions.
