Poor customer service! You wait and wait without even being addressed. Drop off specimens are the worst.. not convenient! You might as well get a UA in their bathroom. I hate coming here but it's close.. I'm thinking driving out of the way would be worth the stress of dealing with these lab techs!

First, I have always gone to Grandridge with excellent results. Went to Gage (Kadlec) this time. No standing order anymore. Grandridge can't find it. Expires after 6 months. But I just used this standing order 3 months ago and have been using it for a couple of years now, never being told this or needing to renew. Grandridge would have renewed it for you every six months, that's why. Why didn't they this time? Your doctor must have refused it. Boom, that easy to deny accountability. No service for me today. Next in line! Shouldn't they advise me if my doctor refused a renewal order? Wouldn't it be in my best interest to know so I can contact my doctor before making an appt and driving there? BTW, my doctor said there are no standing order requests and have not been any.

The phlebotomist has worked here for ever. Like 13+ years. She is very nice and does a good job. Don't even feel a poke! BUT... oh my, the front desk lady is new (to us) I've never met her before. Anyway, very rude and no time for you attitude. Not a person you want to deal with when you are already on edge. My poor daughter was already in tears on the way to the lab. And then we TRY to talk to front desk and she basically shooed us away, clearly irritated. Um. Litterally all I said to her was "I'd just like to let them know that my daughter is diabetic and fasting." Apparently don't let her know your situation. Don't talk. Just sign in.
