I can't give this place any stars. Both times I made an appointment with them, I ended up in the Poulsbo location.
First, the right staff member didn't show up. I received no notice of that the morning of the appointment and even when I checked in, nobody said anything to me until it was my appointment time.
Second time, it was just closed. Again, I was never notified even though they have my contact information. The Poulsbo location was closed too!
This isn't the fault of the staff. This is the fault of the management. Pay more and your staff will stay. Staff to have coverage in the event of an emergency.
Walk ins are welcome, as long as you don't need anything useful done.
No one answers the phone, so you go there. Then they stare they only do drug testing for employment during the morning and by appointment only.
Put that on your phone system. Don't waste our time.
Or at least have someone answer the phone. The receptionist was on their phone and no one around. Clearly they could answer but chose not to.
